Training is performed in compliance with current standards and the company’s management systems with the goal of advancing and promoting the company’s business culture.

Training sessions are held four times a year, covering topics primarily focusing on occupational health and safety, safety for companies subject to the “Seveso” directive, environment and quality.

Training sessions include :

  • handouts on the topics discussed
  • explanation with slides
  • discussion and question and answer sessions
  • final test to assess learning
  • recording the results of the training and making up for any insufficiencies.

In addition to the theoretical training sessions, practical drills testing the company’s in-house emergence response and evacuation plan are conducted twice a year.
