Quality testing

All products are tested every day to check conformity with customers’ specifications.

A series of tests is performed on the finished product every day, to determine:

• apparent density
• specific surface
• sieve testing
• ZnO content
• metallic impurities
• moisture level
• loss upon calcination
• solubility in water
• insolubility in HCl and in triammonium waters

The product is not delivered until all the required tests have been passed.
